Welcome to Fight #2021 We are preparing for takeoff into the New Year. We apologize for the delay. Please make sure your Attitude and Blessings are secured and locked in an upright position. All self-destructive devices should be turned off at this time. All negativity, hurt, and discouragement should be put away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull out your affirmations and mantras. Affirmations will automatically be activated by Energy. Once your Energy is activated you can assist other passengers. There will be NO BAGGAGE allowed on this flight. The Captain of your beautiful life has cleared us for takeoff. Have a healthy 2021 flight. Destination: Your Best Life Author Unknown This appeared on Linda Cobb’s Newsletter and I stole it Physical travel may be restricted at this time, but you are always free to take an inner journey to your best life. It may feel a bit like you are climbing a mountain. Some trails are easy and quite beautiful; others are rocky, steep, and downright scary. Some days you feel exhilarated and others exhausted. When you reach the top…or even an overhang, the view is incredible. And your sense of self is expanded. So, what do you need to take with you on this journey? Compassion? Curiosity? Faith? Vulnerability? Willingness? Trust? All of the above? Maybe the most important thing you will take with you is knowing that you are not alone. Here are some practices that reinforce my own experience of connection… connection with self and Spirit and you! ACTION PRAY/MEDITATE: Connect with your Higher Power. Hire the God of your understanding as the CEO of your life. Put an entire Holy Gang on your Board of Directors. Ask for guidance (Pray) and then listen (Meditate.) Serenity Prayer (music) https://youtu.be/iKhAg2dMKbo (4 min) and Guided Meditation for Beginners with Alan Watts https://youtu.be/NyKntOXIINI (10 min) GET GROUNDED: Go out in Nature. Walk barefoot or lie down on the Earth. Enjoy the negative ions at the beach. Hug a tree. BREATHE : Wim Hof breathing is powerful. Try it for 21 days and witness the changes in your mind and body — particularly your stress and immune system responses. https://youtu.be/0BNejY1e9ik (11 min.) TAP: Emotional Freedom Technique EFT with Brad Yates. This is a keeper. Clearing What Doesn’t Feel Like Love: https://youtu.be/j8-OL2vISbE (6 min) HAVE FUN : Dance, sing, exercise, play. Take yourself on a date once a week. ENERGY For the last 8 months, I’ve been exploring the transformative powers of a pocket-size healing device, and my trust and respect for it continues to grow. LOVE Would you like to experience greater freedom in the area of LOVE? I am offering a FREE 30-minute virtual Heart Wall session to expand love in your life. Dr. Bradley Nelson, Emotion/Body Code creator, believes that many people (93%) have a Heart Wall. This wall is made up of trapped emotions that have built up over time to protect your heart. While it may protect you from hurt, it also hampers your ability to give and receive love and contributes to feelings of isolation, sadness and other emotions that may not serve you. Call today for an appointment. Hope you have a safe journey. In gratitude, Daylight

Testimonials for https://www.healingbeyondbeliefnow.com/ I found Daylight’s sessions to be very helpful in getting my thoughts/emotions back into better balance with respect to the health issues I've been working on. The body code work, combined with other modalities that were used (along with other modalities that I've been using on my own) has helped my physical healing process. Dan M Indialantic, Florida This is a gift I give myself on a regular basis: a healing session with Daylight Kumpa. First, she listens to me. I relax in her open, loving presence and through her deep listening. Her skill and knowledge in the power and process of healing allow me to trust that I will receive what I need here. Then I lie down on the energy mat, the music comes on and I start to breathe in the deep, connected way that guides me past thought and into a space of inner attunement. As Daylight presses into specific points on my feet to stimulate a release wherever energy is blocked, I can feel the lifeforce move along the different pathways in my body. Sometimes, the pleasurable movement of this "chi" is subtle and other times, it is exhilarating. It is so clear to me that each block, each knot in the energy system, correlates to a constriction or a holding of emotion, memory and judgment. So untying the knot allows a catharsis, a release and a healing on many levels, not just the physical. I always emerge from a session with Daylight feeling centered in the spacious peace and loving clarity of Self. What a beautiful gift to give myself! Peace, Elizabeth Daylight is a gentle, caring soul and appreciate her care and knowledge. Anonymous The Body Code sessions helped clarify some underlying emotions which influence the way I experience chronic pain. We also worked on releasing the effects of worry and stress on the physical body. In addition to sessions I really liked the EFT and meditation recommendations and continue to use those. Sarah Sylvania, Ohio I have experienced a lot of different modalities over the years for emotion release which crystalized as body pain but I must say Emotion Code and Body Code, as practiced by Daylight, have taken me a step or a few steps deeper. Blocks were identified, acknowledged and looked at: a process that allows the letting go... simple but very efficient... With Daylight’s guidance I have been able to clear up some deeply rooted and tenacious emotional blocks that were interfering with my well-being. I am very grateful and appreciative of Daylight providing these modalities especially when we were wrapping up the sessions with EFT and scalar laser. This allowed for my energy to be rebalanced and when done was able to move forward into a renewed and lighter sense of self. Thank you Daylight! Christine Melbourne, Florida My body functioned with greater ease, efficiency and vitality. Sydney Melbourne, Florida I found the sessions to be very powerful and healing. Daylight is very skilled at helping to release stuck energy and in being a conduit for the body to help it tell us what it needs. It is very simple and one does not need to know the whys and hows of releasing old patterns. It just happens through the process! Leslie M Indialantic, Florida Thank you for allowing me to be of service! Daylight https://www.healingbeyondbeliefnow.com/ (321) 720-1019
